Daniel gained his first practical experience with the law and the courts during his studies at the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University, from which he graduated in 2012. Alongside his work as an articled clerk, he lectured in English at the Brno Technical University Faculty of Entrepreneurship on courses of commercial law for economists. He passed the bar exam in 2015 with honours. He has been working at the law firm of ŠACHTA & ŠPAČEK, advokátní kancelář v.o.s. as an articled clerk since 2014, since then as a lawyer on permanent engagement, and since 2017 as a partner. He actively provides pro bono legal counselling in the field of animal protection, where he has played a significant role in a successful legislative process. He provides his legal services in Czech, Slovak and English.
