JUDr. Drahomír Šachta

In 1981 Drahomír graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University, passed the viva voce exam in 1983, thereby obtaining the title of JUDr. After graduating from university, he joined the Czech Ministry of Culture, where he worked until 1992, when he decided to pursue a career as a commercial lawyer. He has been working in advocacy since 1993.
In 1998 he established the law office of ŠACHTA, ZMEŠKAL & PARTNEŘI, s.r.o., and then in 2004 the law office of ŠACHTA & PARTNERS, v.o.s. He terminated his activities in this office at the end of 2011 and in 2012 became, together with his colleague JUDr. Jan Špaček, a founding member of ŠACHTA & ŠPAČEK, advokátní kancelář v.o.s., where he has been active until the present day. Since the beginning of his career he has specialised in corporate law and real estate law.
He speaks Czech and English..
